CANCELLATION POLICY

At Curl Connection, I value your time and strive to provide you with the highest level of service. To ensure that all my clients receive the attention they deserve, I kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer that time slot to another client. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 50%, which will be charged to the card on file. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, I reserve the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service. Exceptions: I do understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a sudden illness or unforeseen circumstance, please contact me directly, (816)289-1026, as soon as possible, and I will do our best to accommodate your situation. Payment Information: A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. The cancellation fees will be charged to this card if applicable. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
